Shipping policy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Monroe Rose Collection is not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly during checkout.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Monroe Rose Collection is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. We will assist with available tracking information and carrier claim documentation when possible.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
